Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Didn’t Get A Slot?

  • Don’t lose hope!
  • If a registered attendee cancels their QR pass, that slot will automatically reopen online on Eventbrite.
  • Keep checking lyvefest.com or the Eventbrite registration page for surprise availability.

Q: Can I Walk In?

  • Yes – But take your chances after 9PM!
  • If a QR Ticket is not scanned at the gate by 9PM, the ticket/s will expire and more slots will be opened for the walk-ins lining up.
  • Please note that walk-in registration is subject to the festival’s current capacity and is not guaranteed.
  • FOR TICKET HOLDERS: If you have a ticket, enter before 9PM.

NO QR Ticket, NO Entry

  • For everyone’s safety and security, all attendees must present their QR Ticket together with a valid government or school ID upon entry.
  • QR TICKETS ARE NON-Transferrable.
  • The name on the QR Ticket must be the same as the name on your ID.
  • If you decide not to go, please cancel your ticket online so others have the chance to go.

Q: Are Minors Allowed?

  • Yes! Minors are welcome to enjoy the festival grounds with their parent or guardian.
  • Please note:
  • ✔️ Unique wristbands will be issued to minors.
  • 🚫 Minors are not permitted inside the dance floor area due to city guidelines on alcohol.
  • Our team will guide you to the appropriate festival zones upon entry.
