Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1372, Friday, August 14, 2026, is declared a Special Non-Working Day in Davao City in celebration of the Kadayawan Festival 2026.

In relation to the Kadayawan Festival, Davao City will also mark the celebration of Indigenous Peoples Day, honoring the rich culture, traditions, and enduring heritage of our 11 ethnolinguistic groups.

Take this day to join the festivities, celebrate the bounty, culture, and unity that make Davao truly one.
