1st DAVAO TOROTOT FESTIVAL December 26, 2013 at 5:50pm New Year’s Eve in Davao is celebrated without fireworks and firecrackers. Firecrackers are strictly prohibited in Davao City and SMARTa dheres to this. Davaoeños usually go out of the city or stay at home during New Year’s Eve. But that doesn’t stop Davaoeños from celebrating the New Year with a bang! This year, we will redefine the Davaoeño way of celebrating the new year! This coming New Year’s Eve will be a unique and exhilarating spectacle of lights and sounds, a synergy of thrilling events and happenings and a grand tapok-tapok with the finest local talents and promising stars! Welcome the New Year with a bang in the Davao Torotot Festival powered by SMART! Various happenings all in one venue! Performances by SMART event winners, local celebrities, and promising bands!
